The Carpenter's TMO manages the Carpenters Estate in Stratford where the prototype for RegenTV was developed and launched in November 2002.

H2H is a community enterprise that has developed expertise in community engagement using video and produces films for RegenTV.

IBM
IBM specified the equipment used by the RegenTV istallations at Carpenters and New Union Wharf. It developed the RegenTV software solution through integration of a number of Open Source software products. IBM intends to include RegenTV on the Government's Catalist procurement system once it has completed testing.

London Borough of Newham
Newham Council was responsible for project management of both the RegenTV project and the Carpenters Connect project that developed the prototype.

Newham.net Ltd.
Newham.net is a community enterprise that developed the initial prototype service and then worked with IBM on development of RegenTV, created the TV interface, managed deployment of the system and provided feedback to IBM on technical issues.
