I am Executive Director of Newham.net Ltd, the world's smallest ISP, telecommunications company and broadcaster. We created the prototype service for RegenTV on the Carpenters Estate in Stratford, London E15 with financial support from the DfES. Subsequently we worked with IBM to create the RegenTV platform.
Newham.net is a community enterprise and has two members of staff namely Richard Overton (System Manager) and Stephen Newey (System Developer). My work is in a voluntary capacity as is that of all directors.
